Description

Tired of haggling? Can't speak Chinese? Hunt for bargains at the enormous Bairong International Flea Market with a translator/ guide on this 6-hour private shopping tour. With almost 4,000,000 square feet (360,000 square meters) of space housing thousands of stores and a myriad products, you really can shop till you drop.

Choose your own departure time for this 6-hour tour – Bairong International Flea Market is open from 7:30am-6pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am-7pm on weekends. Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby and drive you to Bairong, around 20 minutes drive from downtown.

If you could pack all of Amazon into one single mall, the result might be Bairong. Beijingers flock here for the spectacular value – prices are often half, or even a third of downtown – and the phenomenal choice, but as none of the sellers speak English, you'll need a guide to help you navigate.

Whether you've got specific items you'd like to buy, or just want to cruise at will, your guide can help you find the right stalls and bargain with vendors on your behalf – as well as pointing out great snacks if you'd like to eat.

You can find pretty much anything you'd like to buy at Bairong. Stores sell clothes, decorations, homewares, leather goods, furniture, toys, camping equipment, chopsticks, stationery, tea and tea sets, porcelain, lacquerwork and enamel, cashmere, silk, jewelry, gemstones, and electronics along with a wealth of classc souvenirs. In December, you can even find Christmas trees there!

Once you're done, load your bags into your private vehicle and head back to your hotel. You'll be back at base within six hours of departure.
