Beijing China Accor Hotel

Accor Asia Pacific is pleased to announce the following additions to its rapidly growing hotel network in China. With the opening of Sofitel Beijing Central, the Group has an APAC network of more than 210,000 rooms in Beijing, where the AccorHotels portfolio currently includes 14 hotels under 6 brands. ACCOR will open its first hotel in Beijing in October 2017, with the 1,100th hotel in the Asia-Pacific region, and the opening of Sofitels in central Beijing brings the luxury and premium hotel region to 320.

Huazhu has more than 1,000 hotel rooms with a total capacity of 2,500 rooms and an average occupancy rate of over 90%. Accor has a global hotel portfolio under eight brands, including hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. The company also has an extensive network of luxury and premium hotels and resorts in the United States, Europe and Asia.

In recent months, the 3-star economy hotel brand has expanded to the cities of Wuhan, Wuxi and Zhongshan. Accor has also targeted major secondary cities since 2007, and new hotels are planned for the next two years, opening in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangdong and Guangzhou in the first half of 2008. The secondary cities are concentrated in areas that are currently too small to receive high-quality 3-star accommodation, while the brand will find its way into major cities such as Beijing and Shanghai by 2008. The company operates a number of other hotels and resorts - related Accors venues in China, as well as hotels in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

The development activities of 2007 will be characterized by the construction of a new 3-star hotel Accor Beijing China Accors with a capacity of 1,000 rooms and a total of 2,500 rooms.

MGallery Beijing Luneng is located in the heart of the city's central business district, just a few blocks from Beijing International Airport.
